ＰＲＡＳをインターネット（web）上で回答するシステムのご利用案内です。 回答期間内に、myMMSにログインしてご回答ください。 回答後、すぐに結果をご確認いただけます。
ご案内メールのURL（紙面はQRコード）からアクセスすると、ID・パスワードが自動入力され、簡単にログインできます。
- 所要時間は約１０分間です。
- 期間中１回のみ回答できます。
- 期間を過ぎると回答できなくなります。
- 回答を始めたら中断せずに最後までお答えください。
以下の手順で回答してください。
- ＩＤ・パスワードについて

- すべて「半角」、「大文字・小文字を区別して」入力してください。
- 各個人へメールまたは紙面（リーフレット）にて通知します。

How to take the PRAS questionnaire
This section explains how to use the system to take PRAS on the Internet (website).Within the response period, please log into myMMS and take the questionnaire. Immediately after you have finished, you can check your results.
- It takes about 10 minutes.
- During the period, you can only take PRAS once.
- At the end of the period, you will no longer be able to take PRAS.
- Once you have started, please answer all the questions without stopping.
Please follow the steps below.
- About ID and password

Please be careful to enter upper- and lower-case letters correctly. - An ID and password have been notified to each individual by email or PRAS Questionnaire Sheet.
